Steph Villegas is a former dancer, barre instructor, entrepreneur and marketing lover born & located in San Diego, California.Known for her genuine, kind spirit and quirky style, Steph enjoys making her students smile, loves to laugh out loud, and teach them to connect to their bodies (no competition here).

Steph brings brightness, inspiration to everything she does and keeps everything accessibility for all her students. She believes in working effective and hard, while having fun at the same time. Booty exercises are her favorite but expected a whole body workout. 
She was a finalist for Grokker’s (Owned by Shape & Fitness Magazine) online fitness competition and has since help many women feel like a badass ballerina. 

When out of stretchy pants, she enjoys working on her meditation & yoga supply company Sittin’ Pretty Still, her online barre babe program, cooking new foods, drinking wine with her friends, and going to palm springs to be relax.
