Calm and still the mind, transitioning to sleep after an amazing day at the festival with this end of the day meditation class! Learn to breathe mindfully and sink beneath your "monkey mind". Several simple exercises and techniques will be introduced to create a more mindful Yoga practice and to help students to cultivate inner peace and calm alongside the chaos of everyday life. Students will have the opportunity to practice a short silent meditation and the class will end with a guided meditation journey filled with lush imagery and sound to lull you off to dreamland and get you ready and alert for Sunday at the festival!
