We're meshing fire and water, yin and yang in this balanced, fast and slow yoga class.


75 Minutes of Joga (Yoga for Athletes) - Designed for professional and dynamic athletes.  The asana flow focuses on long holds to bring balance to strength and flexibilty, joint stabilization, and injury prevention using anatomical cues.  The breath practice helps to increase CO2 Max and re balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.     

20 Minutes of Core Conditioning Workshop - breaking down correct alignment of the spine and demonstrating how slight changes to body positioning can alter the effectiveness of the exercise.      

25 Minutes of Yin Stretching and cool down to let the body release and unwind.
