Course Description: Jumpings are often overlooked as part of the Iyengar method but they play an important role. Jumpings build alertness, strength and flexibility. This class is open to new students who crave action and movement, this class will require stamina. Through quick and crisp movements, in and out of poses, students will begin to experience the physical and intellectual vigor of the Iyengar method.

Royal has been studying yoga since 1994 and became an Iyengar yoga student in 2003 to heal a knee injury. He developed his home practice to speed his recovery and went on to train to be a certified Iyengar teacher. For over four year's Royal apprenticed with senior teacher Mary Obendorfer.
