Gong Sound Bath: Being of Sound Mind and Body LIMITED

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

During this presentation, participants will learn some of the science behind sound healing - in particular, the gongs. The vibrations of the gong, an ancient therapeutic instrument, help release negative emotions and fears that can cause illness, disease, and blockages in the body, allowing the recipient to de-stress, balance the body and brain, improve health, increase productivity, and gain an overall feeling of well-being. A 30-minute gong meditation is included, and recipients will experience first-hand how sound actually affects their bodies and their brains in just a short amount of time. Some of the benefits will also be revealed after the session (better sleep, calmer presence, etc.). There really is no ideal way to explain how a gong meditation feels. It must be experienced!
