Yoga Nidra (Live Music) LIMITED

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

Guided Meditation, or Yoga Nidra, brings one from the outer world of sensations through various visualization practices towards a revealing of one's true nature. Take a break from the physical performance of asana and delve deep into the world of your mind. We will set samkalpas, or intentions, planting seeds of transformation as part of this ancient practice. Be prepared for bliss and clarity to unfold in this sadhana of yoga derived from tantric visualization. This special class will be held on beach as you will snuggle by a bonfire! Brings blankets and dress warm as you feel deep relaxation resting on the sand breathing in the salt air feeling the warmth of the fire and hearing the ocean waves!

Enjoy live music from the  Hand Drum with Josh Brinks during this amazing experience!
