Yoga for Strength and Flexibility incorporates slower, longer holds with a faster flowing Vinyasa that moves fluidly from one pose to another.  The class emphasizes stretching and strengthening of the legs, core and arms.  This class draws your attention to the areas in your life where you may have become complacent. This could mean physical complacency or it may have a spiritual dimension. It uses novel sequences to improve flexibility, physical strength, general conditioning, mental awareness and focus.  Teachers offer options within the poses to accommodate all practitioners of all levels.
