Connect to the cosmic cycles and discover how they relate to our mind, body and  emotions. By becoming aware of the forces of nature and the cosmos, we are able to  better align our body and soul to these influences. We can then move into the heart as  the great conductor, maintaining the rhythmic pulse of life.The class will be infused with  guided meditations, light, mudras, mantras, and rhythmic movement.
